Last Spring I had the honor to be selected to go on sabbatical. So Janine and I got our heads together to develop something we would both enjoy doing. I taught business and entrepreneurship and she organized travel groups all over the world. And besides, we were both foodies. So what could be better than researching Food Tourism, developing coursework materials, a workbook, a seminar series and eventually a five-part course offered through my college’s Continuing Education Division. The ads have gone out to the Southern California world and we are offering the first section this Friday. Ain’t life rough!
