Sunset at sea out of Tangier, Morocco
Morocco was one of the most intriguing countries Janine and I have visited in a long time. The juxtaposition of diverse cultures so close with each other shakes your head, To go from Spain where everyone looks and dresses like you to just a few miles away where no one looks or dresses like you do is eye opening. We sailed from Malaga, Spain across the Mediterranean to Tangier, Morocco and then further down the coast to Safi where we took a road trip to Marrakesh. Marrakesh has the second largest marketplace bazaar with 3,200 small shops versus the largest in Istanbul, Turkey with over 5,000 shops. This photo collection has a wide variety to places, people, things, shops, and countryside.
