The Intercontinental Resort an hour south of Nadi, is a beautiful, peaceful respite in the middle of the South Pacific. Janine chose this resort as a potential stop for one of her group trips in the coming year. From the gardens, to the beaches, to the suburb restaurants, to the lovely people who work there, this place was a welcome rest. We stayed on property for four days but visited a local village and did some ocean snorkeling.
