On our way to Reims, we stopped in Paris for one night. After having been sick for a week, we weren’t in full power so the hustle and bustle of Paris with the horn honking and traffic was over the top for us. We stayed in an historical micro hotel. The room was so small we couldn’t fully open up our luggage. The bathroom was so tiny I had to turn sideways to go in the door and to sit on the toilet my knees were up against a window that looked out onto the street. Just the kind of show I wanted to do. We had a wonderful dinner with the Eiffel Tower in full glory and left the next day for Champagne country.
