I’ve been to Rocky Mountain National Park many times over the years. I went to grad school in Greeley, CO only thirty miles from the park entrance. I’ve driven the Peak to Peak Highway several times but not on a motorcycle. The ride from Colorado Springs to West of Denver was normal freeway. Eventually the road turned North and started the canyon runs following rushing rivers through deep gorges as the road switched from canyon to canyon. Eventually the road climbed into a high valley bordering the tallest peaks and then into Estes Park. A beautiful run with no cars, blue sky and puffy clouds.
