Old San Juan is built around the fort by the sea. All of the travel photos you see of Puerto Rico show the fort overlooking the beautiful beach. We checked is out until we heard the music coming from the other side of the fort. It sounded like a huge street party and you know we had to go quickly. It was the inauguration of the new Governor of Puerto Rico.
