During our visit to Vancouver, we happened to be around for the annual Dragon Boat Festival and race in Steveston, BC. This year over sixty corporate as well as non-profit teams from across western Canada competed. Each team consisted of twenty two paddlers, one rudder twister, and one drum-beating maniacal screech machine who yelled at the paddlers the entire length of the course.
