Salvador Dali was a unique artist who inhabited the Montmartre area of Paris. He was one of the most important painters of the 20th century. I visited Montmartre and climbed the million steps to Sacre Coeur church. Behind the church there is a little community of painters and artists. The Salvador Dali museum is located there.
