Our final move to Hawaii was the big one. We had already done ten trips bringing 300 pounds of stuff as luggage. Since we were frequent flyers we got to being three bags each weighing fifty pounds. We brought furniture, car bumpers, rugs and every other crazy thing you can get in a box weighing under 50 pounds. The final move was with a POD. This was large furniture, tools, chairs, file cabinets and large art. Below is a time-lapse video of the delivery of the POD and its removal. It’s a tough feeling when everything you own drives away on a truck.
