Janine and I visited Australia during the Xmas break. We did not travel around Australia but stayed within the confines of the Sydney Harbor area. Our four days were filled with walking, boat rides, eating at fine restaurants and relaxing during Australia’s summer. Sydney Harbor is the hub for all water travel within the region. Miles and miles of shoreline and many smaller cities dot the area. This harbor was teaming with boats of all sizes. Water taxis plowed the waves hauling tourists from city to city alone the shores. The Opera House and the Sydney Harbor Bridge were the anchor tenants to the exciting world population that strolled throughout the city. Notice that Sydney is the focal point for all of the rivers and Tasman Sea ports.
