Salt River Canyon was an unanticipated beautiful adventure. I had no idea this canyon was on my direction but coming around the corner there it was – a mini-grand canyon. The road was twisty-turny that began on the top edge of the canyon and snaked down to the river then switch-backed up and out to the high plateau.
