Sunrise at Zabriskie Point is one of the cult photo pilgrimages a photographer must do if you are shooting Death Valley. Okay, we did it. Too early and too windy. We were some of the last visitors to the point for the foreseeable future. Too many people have visited the point and it is eroding away. Sections are fenced off making it difficult for quality photography. The National Park Service will be rebuilding the site and it will probably take a few years.
