This is where the Grand Canyon begins. At this point, the Little Colorado River canyon is only a few hundred yards wide and the walls extremely steep. You can stand right on the edge and literally hang your foot into the canyon. Exciting, but not too smart. I did it.
The canyon cuts through the flat desert landscape and begins to slow widen to eventually explode into the Grand Canyon we all know.
Down this road you can get to the bottom.
