I was in Charlotte, NC for a conference and had a free afternoon. I had not been to Charlotte in many years. I remembered Charlotte as a red-neck poorly-maintained “C” level city. This has all changed. Charlotte has become a world class city. They have spent millions on downtown renovation with new parks, art, museums, and upscale buildings. Check out what has happened to Charlotte in the last twenty five years. I’d enjoy going back again. Great ribs!!!
